Last updated: March 2026

Our Commitment

ProxyPanel.Pro is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and trustworthy platform for all parties. We take reports of abuse, illegal activity, and policy violations seriously and respond to credible reports in a timely manner.

As a SaaS platform provider, ProxyPanel.Pro enables Tenants to operate their own branded proxy storefronts. While each Tenant is independently responsible for the lawful operation of their storefront and the conduct of their end customers, ProxyPanel.Pro enforces strict platform-wide policies to prevent misuse.

What Constitutes Abuse

ProxyPanel.Pro is a SaaS platform that provides technology infrastructure to Tenants (shop operators). ProxyPanel.Pro does not sell or provide proxy services. The following Tenant conduct constitutes a violation of our platform policies and may be reported:

  • Operating a storefront that knowingly facilitates, promotes, or advertises illegal activities such as hacking, fraud, phishing, or cyberattacks
  • Marketing or positioning a storefront explicitly for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to credential stuffing, account takeover, or circumvention of third-party security measures
  • Operating a fraudulent or deceptive storefront (e.g., collecting payments without delivering services, misrepresenting product capabilities)
  • Providing false or misleading identity information during Tenant registration, including fictitious imprint data
  • Failing to maintain required legal pages (terms, privacy, imprint) or deliberately publishing misleading legal information
  • Failing to address or willfully ignoring credible abuse complaints from end customers or affected third parties
  • Selling services to individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions or export-control restrictions
  • Using the ProxyPanel.Pro platform infrastructure itself in a manner that disrupts operations, degrades performance, or compromises security for other Tenants
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the ProxyPanel.Pro platform without prior written consent
  • Any other conduct by a Tenant that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law

How to Report Abuse

If you believe that a storefront or user operating on the ProxyPanel.Pro platform is engaged in any of the activities described above, or is otherwise violating our Terms of Service, we encourage you to file a report.

To submit a report, please send an email to:

support@proxypanel.pro

To help us investigate your report effectively, please include the following information where available:

  • A description of the suspected abuse or violation
  • The storefront URL or domain associated with the reported activity (if known)
  • Relevant IP addresses, timestamps, or other technical identifiers
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., log files, screenshots, communications)
  • Your contact information for follow-up (optional but recommended)

Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a credible abuse report, ProxyPanel.Pro will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the report within a reasonable timeframe
  • Investigate the reported activity using available technical and administrative information
  • Take appropriate action, which may include issuing a warning, suspending access, or permanently terminating the offending account
  • Cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities where required by law or where illegal activity is suspected

The outcome of our investigation and any actions taken may not be disclosed to the reporting party due to privacy, legal, or operational considerations.

Law Enforcement Requests

ProxyPanel.Pro cooperates fully with competent law enforcement authorities. Requests for information must be directed in writing to support@proxypanel.pro or served at the registered address indicated on our Imprint page. We respond to valid legal orders, subpoenas, and court orders in accordance with applicable German and European law.

Disclaimer

ProxyPanel.Pro provides technology infrastructure and serves exclusively as a management and administration interface for Tenant storefronts. No proxy traffic is routed through or processed by ProxyPanel.Pro or the hosted storefronts. All proxy connections are established directly between the end customer and the Tenant’s ProxySmart server. ProxyPanel.Pro does not monitor, intercept, or inspect the content of proxy traffic. We rely on reports, technical indicators, and cooperation with infrastructure partners to identify and act upon abusive Tenant behavior. ProxyPanel.Pro does not guarantee that all instances of abuse will be prevented or detected and disclaims liability for damages resulting from the actions of Tenants or their end customers.
